About the role

Ruthmann North America is a subsidiary of TIME Manufacturing Company, a global leader in aerial lift and access equipment solutions. We serve customers across the United States and Canada with industry-leading products, technical expertise, parts, service, and training.

Responsibilities

  • You help provide an excellent customer experience by ensuring customer information, orders, registrations, invoices, and related documents are accurate and processed on time.

  • You support the administrative side of the sales process and help ensure customer orders move smoothly from order entry through delivery.

  • You support invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, and general business administration activities.

  • You work closely with Sales, Operations, Service, Logistics, Finance, HR, customers, and external partners to keep information flowing and help solve day-to-day administrative challenges.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in business administration, sales administration, customer service, operations support, finance administration, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of order processing and customer administration.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Basic understanding of payroll administration processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
