Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers.
  • Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives.
  • Participate or lead process design, process implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects including review status of projects and budgets.
  • Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting and analytics.
