Responsibilities
- Sell IT projects to existing client base
- Manage and support clients through the sales process
- Collaborate with the engineering team for complex projects
- Utilize CRM and enterprise client management software
- Access to enterprise email and VOIP phone system
- Work from either the office or remote location
- Participate in online and offline marketing efforts
Requirements
- Experience in IT hardware and software sales
- Loyal client base
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in relevant technologies (VMware, EMC, HP, Palo Alto, Dell, Microsoft, Netapp, Cisco)
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible work environment
