- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/online payment transactions
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with store/warehouse staff
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Follow company sales policies and promotional guidelines
- Support marketing campaigns and showroom promotions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Experience in sales or related field
