About the role
TLC Solutions of Florida is a Christian-based non-emergency medical transportation company dedicated to serving patients and families with compassion, professionalism, and reliability. We ensure patients never feel stranded when they need transportation most.
Responsibilities
- Develop referral relationships and generate new business opportunities by building trust with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, facility administrators, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, and healthcare organizations to promote TLC Solutions' transportation services.
- Educate referral sources about our services and patient transportation solutions.
- Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities to identify opportunities to expand market presence and referral volume.
- Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners, conduct regular follow-up visits, and relationship-building activities.
- Address concerns and facilitate communication between facilities and operations teams to help strengthen long-term referral partnerships.
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, track referral activity and business development efforts, and follow up consistently on opportunities and partnership discussions.
- Support growth initiatives throughout assigned territories to contribute to company revenue growth through relationship-based sales efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or relationship-based sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a territory and build referral partnerships.
- Comfortable working both in the field and independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Experience in any of the following is highly valued: Home health marketing, Hospice sales, Healthcare marketing, Medical transportation services, Rehabilitation services, Skilled nursing facility marketing, Assisted living sales, Healthcare business development, Medical device sales, Community outreach, Senior care services.

Pay
- Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000.
- Performance-based commission opportunities.
- Performance bonuses.
- Weekly pay.
- Typical On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$130,000 annually, based on individual performance.
