Responsibilities
- Direct outreach. Build and run outbound motions that start real conversations with the right buyers, not vanity activity.
- Listening sessions. Run structured customer calls to surface real pain points, language, and buying signals we can act on.
- Lead generation systems. Turn what works into repeatable pipelines across channels, with clear process and measurable output.
- Paid pilot customers. Find, qualify, and close early partners into paid pilots that validate product-market fit in our core segments.
Requirements
- You've sold technical products before. Ideally infrastructure, dev tools, platform — something where the buyer reads the docs.
- You can write. Not "marketing copy" — actual prose that a smart person would read voluntarily. Most of our pipeline starts with the written word.
- Founder-shaped. You'd rather build the system than run someone else's. Comfortable doing the messy first version yourself before handing it to anyone.
- Honest seller. You don't oversell, you don't manipulate, and you walk away from bad fits. We'd rather lose a deal than win a wrong one.
- Async-first, written-first. Same operating model as the rest of the team.
Qualifications
- Pre-funding. Likely equity-heavy with a modest base to start, scaling with revenue and the next raise.
- Value-for-value: the upside should match what you actually create.
