Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase venue and restaurant bookings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, and business partners.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in a convention hall, banquet hall, event venue, hotel, or restaurant.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Cook up with the operations team to ensure excellent customer experience.
