Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase venue and restaurant bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, and business partners.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in a convention hall, banquet hall, event venue, hotel, or restaurant.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activities.
- Prepare marketing reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Cook up with the operations team to ensure excellent customer experience.
