Sales & Marketing Director

Join our team as a Family Advocate, the sales leader driving occupancy and revenue at a Bickford Branch. This role combines sales leadership with deep empathy and compassion for seniors and their families navigating the aging process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exceptional, highly personalized tours and unique lead follow-ups for prospective residents and family.
• Manage the customer relations management tool (CRM) to ensure follow-up is documented and organized.
• Train Branch staff in phone and tour hospitality.
• Oversee the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.
• Build relationships with community professionals to maximize referred leads.
• Ensure the Branch is appropriately staged to maximize the customer’s experience.
• Facilitate weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing preferred.
• Experience in senior housing sales leadership is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record consistent with Bickford’s insurance carrier guidelines.
