Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve order-related issues, such as delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain ordering trends and communicate with sales and production teams of deviations, upward or downward customer trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address customer concerns and issues, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining positive customer experiences.
- Provide regular updates and reports to customers regarding order status, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Promotional calendar management, including bookkeeping review and information reporting on promotional efficacy.
- Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings with customers and partners.
- Manage all sample requests, coordinating between sales and production teams, building and tracking tasks from request to delivery.
- Maintain category review and trade show calendars to ensure we maximize opportunities for existing and new business.
- Aid in social media content creation, develop content calendars, ideas, and content.
- Care for influencer relations and opportunities.
- Create marketing assets for use on retailer sites, trade shows materials, and selling tools.
- Manage all item database software, building items details, maintaining image updates, and ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
- Update our Amazon Brand Store page monthly, analyze and report on visitor and sales movement.
- Prepare and manage documentation, such as contracts, proposals, tenders, and new item forms.
- Maintain item databases, specs, and photography.
- Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain consumer complaint database and coordinate communication to the QA team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role (experience in food manufacturing is a plus).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and able to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus.
