The Manager, Sales Marketing role leads, contributes, and activates strategic initiatives to equip the VIZIO Media and Entertainment Sales team with compelling narratives, advertising solutions, and experiences that accelerate revenue, deepen advertiser engagement, and strengthen industry presence. About the team

This role is a part of the B2B Marketing team that equips the VIZIO Sales organization with content, solutions, training, and experiences that accelerate ad revenue growth, deepen advertiser engagement, and increase industry presence. Through close collaboration at the regional, product, and category level, this role creates client-facing materials and strategic engagement initiatives that ensure sellers are able to effectively communicate VIZIO's value in-market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and evolution of multiple VIZIO narratives, ensuring clear, differentiated positioning in the market
  • Work closely with regional sales leaders and individual sellers to provide solutions to proactive and reactive proposals
  • Partner with product marketing to develop and execute compelling sales decks, one-sheets, and pitch materials for new and existing products based upon industry insights and sales feedback
  • Lead and execute pitch toolkit improvement with clear parameters for sales effectiveness
  • Drive client engagement strategies especially within priority agencies and clients, including storytelling frameworks and tailored experiences
  • Develop and manage B2B communications, ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external channels
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and/or programs
  • Deliver internal sales communications and training to improve seller readiness and adoption of key narratives and tools
  • Use insights and performance data to continuously optimize sales marketing strategies, materials, and engagement approaches

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Advertising/Media within the Media and Entertainment vertical
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling sales narratives
  • Experience developing client-facing materials (decks, one-sheets, pitch content) that drive business outcomes
  • Demonstrate ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and external stakeholders to deliver aligned strategies
  • Expertise in pitch strategy, client engagement, and B2B marketing programs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to refine messaging and improve effectiveness

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field OR 1 year's experience in eCommerce, retail operations, or related field
  • 1 years' experience in SQL, Python, or Looker
  • Advanced Excel skills

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $132,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
