Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Manage sales and relationships in the western territory of: Alaska, Oregon, Washington, California
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a must
- Ability to use cloud based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, and be able to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture or related field required
- Cultivation, Greenhouse, Extraction, or other cannabis equipment sales experience is a big plus!
- Experience using and maintaining a CRM software solution
- Able to travel 30% of the time
Qualifications
- All employees are required to have had a minimum of 2 doses of the Covid-19-SARS-2 vaccine with proof of vaccination.

- $200,000 (On Target Earnings) + Equity + uncapped commission
