Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Manage sales and relationships in the western territory of: Alaska, Oregon, Washington, California

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development
  • Experience in the cannabis industry is a must
  • Ability to use cloud based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, and be able to learn new systems quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture or related field required
  • Cultivation, Greenhouse, Extraction, or other cannabis equipment sales experience is a big plus!
  • Experience using and maintaining a CRM software solution
  • Able to travel 30% of the time

Qualifications

  • All employees are required to have had a minimum of 2 doses of the Covid-19-SARS-2 vaccine with proof of vaccination.

Pay

  • $200,000 (On Target Earnings) + Equity + uncapped commission
