What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a sales plan focused on growing business travel and local corporate accounts.
- Conduct site tours and client meetings to showcase the property’s offerings and services.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to prepare forecasts, pricing strategies, and marketing plans.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity, trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of hotel sales or a related role, with a focus on business travel accounts.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for success.
- Knowledge of the Triangle market is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple hotels.
