What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Inspire & Lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers through coaching, recognition, and development that fuels both performance and engagement.
- Drive Results by meeting volume, service level, and budget goals—while never compromising the member experience.
- Partner Strategically with branches, contact center teams, and internal/external partners to align sales and service strategies.
- Champion Training & Development so your team is confident, compliant, and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the loan journey.
- Optimize Processes & Technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Ensure Compliance Excellence by guiding policy development and maintaining adherence to regulatory and secondary market guidelines.
- Empower Members through financial education, thoughtful follow-ups, and service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a retail financial environment.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with a proven coaching mindset.
- Knowledge of secondary market programs and mortgage regulations preferred.
- Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automated lending systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Active NMLS number (or ability to obtain one).
