Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Leading self and team to support AutoNation's Vision and Mission
- Setting clear vision and goals for the sales team
- Motivating the team to achieve key goals and AutoNation best practice processes
- Involving in day-to-day operations to drive the business
- Handling e-leads efficiently, assisting customers through their research phase, and setting appointments
- Managing the negotiation process with Sales Associates
- Appraising vehicles for trade
- Managing customer traffic across Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones
- Planning and managing new and used vehicle inventory
- Managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments
- Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in eCommerce automotive sales
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
