Sales Manager (Manufacturing - Metal Forming Industry)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Support outside sales reps
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage

Qualifications

• Educational: B.S. Degree in Business Management or other related field
• Experience: Three to five years related experience in a manufacturing environment, must; Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Skills: Solid understanding of machinery sales, Solid understanding of the metal roofing industries a plus; Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Pay

This position will be combination of Base salary and commission.

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
