Sales Manager (Manufacturing)

About the role

While this is primarily a first-shift salaried position, occasional travel and customer support responsibilities may extend beyond traditional business hours. Flexibility, professionalism, and responsiveness are important in helping us maintain strong customer partnerships and support continued company growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support business growth and account development initiatives
• Cook up closely with operations, production, and customer service teams
• Manage customer accounts, reporting, and sales activities
• Aid with forecasting, pricing initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities
• Travel to customer meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities
• Help improve sales processes and operational efficiency
• Serve as a key communication link between customers and internal departments

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales, account management, customer support, or manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with periodic travel and overnight stays as needed

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$88,000-$120,000, depending on experience.
