The Job
The Job Lead manages and supports assigned Sales Representatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales and community relationships, measuring and reporting sales productivity, supervising the sales team, managing work lists and customer calendars, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory guidelines, responding to sales allegations and CMS shopper complaints, maintaining relationships with long-term care communities, collaborating with clinical and operations teams, and building professional and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Manage sales team by implementing sales/marketing plan for the assigned service area and coach team to success.
- Measure, track, and report sales productivity in accordance with established goals.
- Ensure targeted goals and production standards are met by providing positive enrollment opportunities for sales team.
- Shadow and assess assigned sales team and create corrective action plans as needed.
- Supervise/Manage 6-10 direct reports.
- Qualify prospects and manage the designated work lists and scheduled customer calendar events in Agent Cubed system.
- Follow all state and regulatory guidelines by adhering to programs implemented by CMS (Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services).
- Respond and manage the sales allegation process and CMS shopper complaints by immediately addressing any concerns.
- Maintain productive relationships with long term care communities.
- Develop opportunities for tabling, in-services and group meetings that enhance enrollment within assigned service area.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and operations teams to enhance care quality and realize plan benefits, fostering open conversations and teamwork to leverage the collective strengths across all departments.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Travel 50+% of the time in the assigned area- Must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- CA Health Insurance License
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of related experience; preference in the long-term care setting
- 2-3 years of leadership sales experience
- MS Office required
- Excellent communication, promotion and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and manage sales trends
Qualifications
- Base Pay: $95,000 to $140,000 annually
- This role is also commission eligible
