Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of inside sales account managers.
- Lead and grow BEVCO’s Industrial business by developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue across the segment.
- Serve as a key escalation point for inside and outside sales on customer issues, helping remove obstacles and resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
- Support the sales team in managing strategic opportunities, customer concerns, and ongoing account development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, decision makers, and influencers to strengthen partnerships and expand business.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer needs, issues, and opportunities are clearly communicated and addressed.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning, and Operations to improve execution and deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen the commercial organization, improve responsiveness, and support profitable growth.
- Drive accountability across functions without direct authority to ensure commitments are met and customer expectations are fulfilled.
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies that align with BEVCO’s business objectives and value proposition.
- Coach and support inside and outside sales resources to improve communication, coordination, and overall effectiveness.
- Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through to support a best-in-class customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing commercial leadership roles
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineered products, or electrical systems environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to grow business, manage customer relationships, and lead through complex issues
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Prioritization of driving accountability and process improvement without direct authority
- Strong commercial judgment, business acumen, and customer-first mindset
