About the role

The Sales Management Leadership Development Program at West Shore Home is a 12-month rotational experience aimed at ambitious professionals aspiring to lead sales teams and drive revenue growth. The program includes hands-on experience in sales excellence, sales leadership, business operations, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Master West Shore Home’s award-winning sales training and conduct in-home sales appointments.
• Develop expertise in customer buying behavior and consistently achieve personal sales performance goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Learn how to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams by shadowing experienced Sales Managers.
• Partner with Marketing, Inside Sales, Operations, and Corporate teams to understand lead generation, forecasting, profitability, installation quality, and operational execution.
• Gain experience in financial and operational business acumen, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Business or related field preferred.
• Previous leadership, internship, or professional business experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing small teams is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
• High emotional intelligence and leadership potential.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the program and relocate upon successful placement as a Sales Manager.
