Sales Manager in Training

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with customers and help them create homes they'll love.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through exceptional customer service.
• Guide customers through financing, protection plans, and purchasing decisions.
• Conduct in-home design consultations.
• Learn sales, design, operations, and leadership while preparing for a future management role.

Schedule

The position involves working every weekend with two days off during the week. Our Sunday store hours are 1pm-5pm.
