Sales Manager in Training

About the role

At Hudson's Furniture, we're not just hiring Sales Associates—we're developing future Sales Managers through our Sales Leadership Development Program. This program offers hands-on training, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a clear path to management in as little as 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and help them create homes they'll love.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through exceptional customer service.
• Guide customers through financing, protection plans, and purchasing decisions.
• Conduct in-home design consultations.
• Learn sales, design, operations, and leadership while preparing for a future management role.

Qualifications

• Great background in commission sales, automotive sales, furniture sales, real estate, banking, insurance, wireless sales, fitness membership sales, high-end retail, hospitality, or high-volume bartending/serving customer service with sales goals.
• Veterans and military professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule

This position requires working every weekend with two days off during the week. Our Sunday store hours are 1pm-5pm.
