Sales Manager in Training
We are seeking top-performing sales pros ready to level up. Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.
Quarter 1: Sales Foundation
- Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.
- Responsibilities:
- Master our in-home sales system
- Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
- Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
- Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
- Maintain all Key Performance Benchmarks
Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship
- Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.
- Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
- Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
- Absorb and assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
- Maintain all Key Performance Benchmarks
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
- Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team
Compensation & Benefits
- Capped Earnings Potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Weekend availability required
- Occasional travel for training, mentorship, and leadership development
