About the role
The Sales Manager in Training position at Champion Homes is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase home sales within the designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, schedule appointments, and conduct presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or home sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
