Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment. 2-Quarter Management Track Quarter 1: Sales Foundation Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process. Responsibilities: Master our in-home sales systemSell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doorsLead by example and set the standard for performance and cultureDemonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethicMeet all Key Performance Bench Marks Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.
