We are now seeking top‑performing sales professionals ready to level up. Our Sales Manager in Training role is a two‑quarter track to master our system, prove results, and step into leadership in a high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Quarter 1 – Sales Foundation: Master our in‑home sales system; sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors; lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture; demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic; meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.
• Quarter 2 – Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride‑alongs and coaching; lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings; drive team culture, accountability, and performance; assist in onboarding and developing future top producers; meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high‑ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high‑performing team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped earnings potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE.

Schedule

• Full‑time position.
• Weekend availability required.
