The Sales Manager in Training program offers a two‑quarter leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Quarter 1 – Sales Excellence: Master the proven in‑home sales process; sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors; lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism; achieve key performance benchmarks.
• Quarter 2 – Leadership Development: Mentor and coach new sales representatives; lead trainings, team huddles, and ride‑alongs; drive accountability, culture, and results; help develop future top performers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
• Proven success selling high‑ticket products or services
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high‑performing team

Pay

$150,000‑$300,000+ uncapped earning potential; Weekly commission pay + Performance bonuses
