You will join our Manager in Training program prior to fully jumping into the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the sales and marketing strategies for your site location.
• Create and maintain a highly energized selling culture.
• Partner with other Titan leaders to develop and implement appropriate strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Emphasize improvement in the site's revenue performance and market share growth compared to defined competitors.
• Understand and direct a team's efforts to align with Titan's company goals and initiatives.
• Ensure follow‑up with all customers eligible to purchase or who have purchased within 24 hours of initial contact, planned and completed daily.
• Develop and plan sales and marketing strategies at an executive level to produce maximum results.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team that works positively together.
• Help recruit and set interviews weekly for the store's overall success.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation/closer skills.
• Ability to help lead and train the sales team – team player with high level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Strong marketing skills including social media and other sales platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive but creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in‑store.
• Fast‑paced, independent, motivated self‑starter with a drive to succeed.
