Sales Manager - Home Improvement Sales

The Role

Hire, train, and coach your sales reps through classes, workshops, and field development
Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and drive quota achievement
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews

Pay

W2 position — real income, real stability
Draw + commission + bonuses paid every week
OTE: $250,000–$400,000+ — and that "+" is real
Truly uncapped — your income grows as your office grows

Qualifications

• One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling (required)
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in a sales management role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Skills

The leadership instincts, coaching ability, and communication skills to build and drive a team

Schedule

Full-time | Field-based | Weekends required
