RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps customers arrange financing and present additional products
• Structures deals for maximum profitability and collectables
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required
• Accurately desks deals, submits to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and closes deals
• Safeguards compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
• Audit deals post-sale
• Ensures timely contract funding

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of previous experience
• Knowledge and use of DMS Systems and CRM
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills
• Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
