Sales Manager - First Aid + Safety

We are seeking a First Aid Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Territory Managers focused on promoting Green Guard First Aid products within a designated sales territory. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.Utilizing internal and external lead-generation strategies to identify potential customers.Collaborating with sales teams to explore cross-selling opportunities across product lines.Conducting CPR/First Aid and AED training classes for clients.Sharing product knowledge and providing training and support to clients.Striving to meet or exceed revenue goals, contributing to the company’s financial success. Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.Experience in business-to-business sales or account management.Ability to learn quickly, understand business operations, and lift up to 30 lbs.Personal vehicle use requires auto insurance compliance.
