Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success
- At least 3 years of personal sales experience, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and results
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation
Responsibilities
- Be the driving force behind sales strategies, team development, and customer satisfaction
- Be part of the core leadership team of the company, working on strategy and business development directly with the owners
- Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-home sales team to achieve and exceed goals, fostering a high-energy, results-focused atmosphere
- Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success
- Create ambitious sales targets and motivate the team to reach them
- Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement by leading engaging training sessions
- Conduct one-on-ones, encouraging continuous improvement and a positive work environment
- Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent who share our commitment to customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other members of the sales staff to create a top notch sales organization
