Sales Manager - China T&L
About the role
Accounts and related distributors management: regular customers visit, order taking, shipment arrangement via CSR, accounts receivable.
Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospective and existing customers.
New business development: working with global team in defining new opportunities & projects and following up & coordinating required activities.
Monitor and analyze the market situation/competition and definition of customer potential / promote sales leads and identify and develop new business opportunities.
Responsible for the entire sales process - sales strategy, proposal development and negotiation to the conclusion of the contract.
Coordination of all the required technical & sales issues.
Regular report on sales and project status.
Participating & involvement in strategic sales planning and Budget.
Introduction of new products and technology to the customers.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Responsibilities

- Capture and follow up on leads from customer visits.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Introduction of new products and technology to the customers.
- Participate in strategic sales planning and Budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electronics background is preferred)
- At least 5+ years of sales experience in automotive industry (Sales experience with OEMs or their tiers is preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Problem solving skills & High-level solution, value selling and negotiation
- Proactive team player

Pay
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
