Responsibilities
- Lead a territory of approximately $150MM in revenue across all lines of business
- Develop field team sales associates across the territory; train MDM and OTMs to successfully manage their respective markets
- Deliver plan, grow volume, increase sales, and drive key initiatives
- Grow top foodservice accounts in the territory across all channels
- Wire with national and regional distributor leadership across opsites in the area to unlock growth and close voids
- Accelerate AOP Priorities: Frito Lay, Quaker, Workplace, K12
- Prospect to secure new business to meet region’s new business target
- Coach and develop team on critical selling and leadership capabilities
- Collaborate with PBNA AFH selling teams to unlock Po1 opportunities
- Right-size resources within the team to ensure adequate account coverage and service levels
- Support Region employee engagement and capability strategy to improve satisfaction, retention, labor relations, and diversity
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver Region objectives (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, National Account & Distributor Teams)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Foodservice or consumer packaged goods experience
- People management experience preferred
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Demonstrated professionalism and dependability
- Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
- Ability to travel approximately 40% - 60% of the week
