About the role
As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations. You will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.
- Experience in sales and marketing.

Pay
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.
