Responsibilities
- Create and manage annual bookings top line and gross profit revenue targets aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Meet regularly with each Account Executive to review performance, develop sales training, and address performance issues.
- Provide strategic guidance, training, and support to help Account Executives meet their sales and profitability goals.
- Participate in the Sales Management Council to align the sales team with corporate priorities and develop strategic go-to-market strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with Regional Account Managers (RAMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), Product Managers (PMs), and Sales Support Managers to execute sales strategies.
- Hold Account Executives accountable to corporate rules and policies, providing timely direction, correction, and discipline as needed.
- Prepare and present executive presentations on WireMasters inventory management solutions.
- Sources new customers and sales opportunities using industry knowledge and contacts.
- Travel to customer locations to present company products, services, and pricing information professionally.
- Assist in contract and pricing negotiations with WireMasters customers to meet corporate policies and objectives.
- Ensure team members use company CRM tools to manage sales contacts, customer information, and drive actions to closure.
- Follow up on sales leads generated through various efforts and report competitive information to management.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, notify management of issues, and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies.
- Support WireMasters Management by attending training activities and trade shows to present company products and services.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong forecasting skills.
