Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team that loves winning
- Drive performance through daily huddles, 1:1 coaching, and accountability
- Own the showroom experience—from first hello to final handshake
- Close deals and structure opportunities to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
- Partner with marketing and leadership to keep traffic, appointments, and sales flowing
- Track KPIs like a pro—because what gets measured gets improved
- Build a culture where urgency, hustle, and fun coexist
Requirements
- Proven success leading sales teams (motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales preferred)
- You’re a closer first, leader second—and a coach always
- High energy, competitive, and driven by results
- Strong at developing people, not just numbers
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Passion for motorcycles or the lifestyle is a huge plus
