The Sales Manager at That 1 Painter New Orleans is looking for a natural-born closer who thrives on challenges and making serious bank. This role requires someone who can prioritize opportunities, manage multiple touchpoints, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in providing accurate and timely estimates
- Oversee projects from approval to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage a hit list and aggressively pursue leads
- Proactively provide clients with the best solution for their painting needs
- Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards
Requirements
- Prioritize opportunities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Have a proven track record of success in sales and project management
- Be a strong communicator and relationship builder
- Be comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales and/or project management experience
- Experience in the painting industry preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed
