About the role
Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process. Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals
- Must have industry experience
- Must reside in the Northern VA area
Qualifications
A solid background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others. Results-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance.

Pay
Salary plus monthly commissions and performance bonuses.
Schedule
Based in the Charleston, SC office. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays.
