Responsibilities
- Oversee Standard Product & Custom Product Sales Associates
- Promote and sign dealers into our Strategic Dealer Program within the USA and Canada
- Manage these relationships and back up open positions within this purview through actively selling PHIL products
- Develop new marketing concepts and programs as they relate to clients and prospects in the aggregates, construction, landfill, power plant, oil refinery and forestry industries, dealers, and government contracts
- Train and mentor the sales team
- Support the sales team with their opportunities, orders, service and warranty needs
- Establish relationships internally, with dealers, clients, prospects and partners
- Negotiate business agreements necessary for competing in select markets
- Represent the company in a positive light
Requirements
- Upbeat, energetic, high-performer
- Proven sales experience with end users and off-highway truck dealers
- Understanding of company culture and its importance
- Knowledge of continuous learning for both self and team
Benefits
- 50% of time in the office
- Up to 50% of time traveling, Sunday through Friday or Monday through Saturday
- Assist the sales team with Sales Calls, visiting prospects, clients and dealers

- 40% on Sales Team nurturing & management
- 10% on Administrative Responsibilities
- 40% on Strategic Dealer Program
- Remaining 10% on miscellaneous activities and covering open territories when needed
