Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our top-performing sales center in San Antonio, TX. No prior real estate license or sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process and develop your team
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Integrate seamlessly with and support the sales location's office and operations staff
• Implement and adhere to the Palm Harbor sales system and operating principles
• Provide positive leadership in the implementation and adherence to the Palm Harbor sales system and operating principles
• Work as part of a team and individually
• Show enthusiasm and integrity

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience with the company and/or the industry
• High School diploma
• College preferred
• No prior corrective counseling events
