Sales Manager
About the role
NewAge Software is seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth in the Middle East, specifically in Dubai. Reporting to the Global Sales Head, this role will focus on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration across various customer segments and sub-verticals within the freight forwarding and logistics industries.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for the SaaS product
- Own sales revenue target, including hunting opportunities
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the Dubai/Middle East region, managing the pipeline and closing logos
- Ensure proper internal coordination to secure wins with support from pre-sales, product management, and delivery functions
- Accelerate customer adoption and serve as the evangelist for NewAge's products
- Act as the growth hacker, identifying and pursuing strategies to win and delight customers
- Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, collaborating with pre-sales and product teams to ensure product suitability for customers
Requirements
The ideal candidate should already be actively hunting opportunities and have experience selling in the assigned region. A proven track record in B2B SaaS and product technology sales is essential, particularly in the supply chain and logistics industries. Consistent delivery of quota attainment and often exceeding targets is expected. Strong references and testimonials from previous customers, regions, and industries are required. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate experience working in small businesses that handle operational constraints effectively and have exposure to global technology platforms and multi-cultural team environments.
