Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales department
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
- Hire, train, and mentor sales consultants
- Lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth
- Ensure all leads are followed up on promptly and effectively
- Assist sales consultants in closing deals when needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Build lasting relationships within the community
- Manage showroom traffic, internet leads, and CRM workflows in a modern Ford dealership
Requirements
- 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in automotive sales
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic mindset
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
