Summary
Mills Automotive Group is a growing dealership group seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and possess strong leadership and customer engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the sales department
- Build rapport with customers and develop a strong client base
- Work directly with team members and customers to improve the sales process
- Provide hands-on training and support to the sales staff
- Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR vehicles
- Purchase vehicles from auctions and manage pre-owned inventory
- Maintain a professional and driven work ethic in a team environment
- Assist in all other aspects of sales department management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Preferred experience in Automotive Finance
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience using CDK, CRM software, and Google Drive
- Comfortable handling phone communication with customers and vendors
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
