Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Giving tours and creating a welcoming first impression for families.
- Calling, texting, and emailing leads to schedule trial classes.
- Following up with families after trials and converting them into memberships.
- Explaining the KidStrong program and answering parent questions.
- Managing leads and member information in CRM systems like GloFox.
- Supporting member retention and maintaining relationships with families.
- Aiding in front desk operations and customer service.
- Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after.
- Building and maintaining KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization.
- Communicate with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members.
- Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred
- Strong sales mentality and comfortability with sales efforts
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings during the week (4p-7:30p) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning 9a-2:30p).
- Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process.
- Understanding of all performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
- Practical work experience using Microsoft Office products as well as G-Suite
- Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Required to work at least three (3) weekday nights and at least one (1) weekend day

Compensation
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
