The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, and achieve sales goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing team members to advance their success. The ability to foster a collaborative environment, build a cohesive team, and work effectively with company leaders is essential to the role.
