Responsibilities
- Proactively scout and secure new corporate and group accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Cook up seamless stays by coordinating with the front office and housekeeping teams.
- Analyze local market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Directly assist with selling and detailing our 825 sq. ft. meeting space, for corporate meetings or social events.
- Cook up all aspects of group bookings and meeting space logistics, including room blocks & Banquet Event Orders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background in hotel sales or hospitality operations.
- Hyatt Advantage: Prior experience with the Hyatt brand is a major plus!
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Envision and Opera property management/sales software is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and professional correspondence skills.
