Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Proactively scout and secure new corporate and group accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Cook up seamless stays by coordinating with the front office and housekeeping teams.
  • Analyze local market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Directly assist with selling and detailing our 825 sq. ft. meeting space, for corporate meetings or social events.
  • Cook up all aspects of group bookings and meeting space logistics, including room blocks & Banquet Event Orders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven background in hotel sales or hospitality operations.
  • Hyatt Advantage: Prior experience with the Hyatt brand is a major plus!
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Envision and Opera property management/sales software is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and professional correspondence skills.
