We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Manager to join our energized team during an exciting full hotel renovation. Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business
• Managing and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity
• Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts
• Positioning renovation enhancements, timelines, and future product as key selling points
• Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing & Sales Team
• Representing DoubleTree and HVMG with confidence, warmth, and professionalism

Requirements

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• Full service brand experience and Delphi experience is a plus

• Eligible to work in the United States
• The ability to see, hear, talk, sit, stand, handle objects, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift items as needed for the position with or without reasonable accommodations
