Responsibilities
- Drive sales expansion, secure high-value software subscriptions, and expand ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) across enterprise and mid-market corporate accounts.
- Lead the full virtual B2B sales lifecycle—from digital pitching, product demonstrations, and platform walkthroughs to contract negotiations and annual renewals.
- Optimize digital product launches and represent the company at virtual industry trade shows, webinars, and software marketplaces through data-driven strategies.
- Partner closely with centralized Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, high user adoption, and long-term account retention.
- Utilize CRM analytics to monitor territory health, track pipeline activity, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Professional Sales, or a related commercial discipline.
- Required Experience: 2 to 5+ years of verified sales, account management, or territory management success within the Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud technology, or digital solutions sectors.
- B2B Navigation: Proven track record of successfully pitch-presenting, negotiating, and closing profitable software subscription contracts with procurement departments and mid-to-large business buyers.
- Software Proficiency: High operational literacy using MS Office Suite (specifically Excel for margin and pricing modeling) and modern CRM platform ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Remote Workspace Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, strong self-discipline, and a highly organized, "hunter-minded" approach to independent business growth in a remote setting.
Preferred
- Industry Domain Insight: Foundational knowledge of the human capital management (HCM), HR tech, or recruitment software landscape.
- Distributed Team Experience: Prior experience working effectively as part of a fully remote, geographically distributed sales team.
