Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a successful team of professionally trained sales representatives.
- Perform sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ride with your team members on sales calls, evaluate and improve sales results.
- Work directly with the Division Manager to help outline and determine strategies for sales and marketing activities.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Factory Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals.
- Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.
- Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations.
- Maintain performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team.
- Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team.
- (In-home sales a plus).
- Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.
Qualifications
- Experience in home improvement or related industry.
- Ability to travel as needed.
