Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a successful team of professionally trained sales representatives.
  • Perform sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Ride with your team members on sales calls, evaluate and improve sales results.
  • Work directly with the Division Manager to help outline and determine strategies for sales and marketing activities.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Factory Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals.
  • Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.
  • Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations.
  • Maintain performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team.
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team.
  • (In-home sales a plus).
  • Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home improvement or related industry.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
