Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Create and execute territory sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability measures.
  • Partner with marketing and business leaders to increase brand awareness and business development opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that support business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Proven success leading sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong industry knowledge and established market relationships within the Seattle area.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership execution.
